A project to further develop the Ho-Ri 3 tank destroyer. It was designed for operations under Allied air superiority, as well as in territories affected by weapons of mass destruction. Compared to its predecessor, the vehicle's layout, as well as its armament and defense systems, changed significantly. This including adding an AA gun for defense against aviation and infantry and an unguided rocket launcher as additional armament. Work on the vehicle stopped at the blueprint phase.
