Therefore, I relinquish supreme command of HEIST. Full operational authority is transferred to Dubs. No man embodies our spirit more completely. He leads from the vanguard. He carries the indomitable energy of the line of kings to steer this leviathan through changing seas. My final orders are to rally behind Dubs with fierce loyalty, maintain our crushing tactical supremacy, and offer no quarter in the queue. The storm subsides. My armor is secure.
