Terms of Service

Wotlytics is a fan-made analytics site for World of Tanks. It reads publicly available game data and presents statistics, comparisons, leaderboards and related tools.

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Wargaming. “World of Tanks” and all related names, marks and game assets belong to their respective owners. We make no claim to them.

Statistics on this site are derived from public game data and from our own calculations (including WN8 and similar ratings). Derived figures are estimates. They can be wrong, stale, or out of step with what you see in game.

Nothing here is official. Do not rely on it for anything that matters beyond your own curiosity.

Some features require an account. You are responsible for keeping access to it secure and for activity that happens under it. Provide accurate information when you sign up.

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or remove an account that breaks these terms or is used to harm the site or other users.

You agree not to:

• scrape, crawl or bulk-download the site outside of what a normal browser does, or place automated load on it;
• attempt to break, probe or circumvent the site’s security or rate limits;
• republish or resell substantial portions of the site’s data as your own product;
• submit content that is unlawful, abusive, hateful, or that impersonates someone else;
• use the site to harass or target another player.

When you send feedback, bug reports, or create content on the site, you keep ownership of it. You give us permission to store it and to use it to operate and improve Wotlytics.

Do not send us anything confidential or anything you do not have the right to share. We may remove submitted content at our discretion.

Wotlytics is free to use. Voluntary support through Patreon is handled entirely by Patreon under their terms and their billing — we never see or store your payment details. Supporter perks are a thank-you, not a purchased service, and may change over time.

The site is provided “as is” and “as available”, with no warranty of any kind. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular feature will keep existing. We may change or discontinue any part of it at any time.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wotlytics and the people who run it are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, or for any loss of data or profits, even if we were told such damages were possible.

The site links to and relies on third-party services (for example Wargaming’s public API, Patreon, and analytics providers). We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or their practices. Their terms apply to your use of them.

We may update these terms as the site changes. The “last updated” date above will change when we do. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
